Job Description

National for-profit corporation is seeking an experienced leader for quality for all acute care facilities across the US. CPHQ strongly preferred; RN preferred; Masters degree mandatory. Candidates must have 3 important qualifications: 1. Must know how to develop ideas rather than just be an implementer, 2. Must have experience over multiple acute care hospitals; and 3. Must have excellent communication and presentation abilities. The incumbent will be responsible for outcomes management and survey preparedness to ensure compliance with Fed and state regulations; develop programs/processes such as core measures, NPSGs and HCAHPS; knowledge of MIDAS software a plus. 5-10 management experience and working knowledge of benchmarking, outcome measurement, team development and quality tools is required; knowledge of stats, data collection and survey design; knowledge of data acquisition, medical records, coding, billings and clinical knowledge is important. The incumbent will oversee QI, patient safety and corporate compliance; will require travel 50-70%. Salary is $175K to $200K, plus bonus incentive 10-15%.
