Minimum experience of at least 5 years in hospital management. LTAC experience is preferred.

Job Description

Chief Executive Officer CEO needed for free standing Houston, TX, area specialty hospital. Bachelors degree required, masters preferred. Minimum experience of at least 5 years in hospital management. LTAC experience is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal in an effort to motivate and direct actions of others. Current knowledge of trends in health care. Strong physician relationship skills. Understanding of financial reports. Experience in conducting meetings of the medical staff and governing board. Working knowledge of Medicare, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS and state guidelines. Working knowledge of computers with good word processing skills. Proven experience with development of positive relationships with senior staff, co-workers, and customers.
