Work Experience
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration or hospital administration required; MBA or Graduate Clinical Degree or equivalent senior management experience strongly preferred;
10-15 years of proven current successful behavioral health industry experience including supervisory/managerial experience; Experience with JCAHO/CMS. Strong acute care hospital experience may preclude need for psych experience

Job Description

C.O.O. needed for Nevada Behavioral Health hospital. COO will plan, direct and follow through with all policies, objectives and initiatives, including the creation/maintenance of the organizations business structure, recruitment, development, motivation and empowerment of the staff. Will be responsible for the short and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Will need to have the ability to identify key issues in a situation and to think creatively and strategically in facing internal and external challenges. Must be an effective leader with excellent oral and written communication. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration or hospital administration required; MBA or Graduate Clinical Degree or equivalent senior management experience strongly preferred; 10-15 years of proven current successful behavioral health industry experience including supervisory/managerial experience; Experience with Accreditation process.
