Job Description

Technical Operations Manager in New Hampshire. Opportunity for a full time Technical Operations Manager. This leadership position is in a progressive healthcare laboratory, and under the direction of laboratory director, oversees the operation of the technical lab, ensuring technical competence and proficiency of the testing process, procedures, equipment, and personnel. Hospital - 7.5K surgical cases of which 2K were orthopaedic. Emergency services visits per year estimate at 67K. Radiation Treatments: 11.5K. Hospital employs 2,446 full time equivalent employees with 311 medical staff representing 42 specialties and sub specialties; 48 courtesy, consulting and senior medical staff. Primary service area of 145K with secondary service area of 250K. This is a non profit hospital with 295 licensed beds and 238 staffed beds. Great community with estimated population of 42K. Nice school system large student body offers both public and private schools, very much a historic town with many tourist areas of US Presidents. Enjoy small town charm in vibrant progressive community. Salary 60K-95K plus full benefits and relocation assistance. Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred. MT ASCP; MBA preferred.
