HOSPITAL DIRECTOR OF TOTAL REWARDS needed in FLORIDA:
Health system in central Florida is seeking a Director of Total Rewards. This position will be responsible for the design, administration of all benefits, retirement plans, and potentially compensation.
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:
$110,000 to $115,000, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. Full benefits as well as relocation assistance, are also offered.
* Master's Degree required, or willingness to obtain a Master's Degree after hire.
* At least 3 to 5 years at the leadership level (Manager of Director) in a Benefits focused HR position in a health system with at least 1,500 team members.
