NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR needed in NEW MEXICO
Our small hospital and long term care facility in southern New Mexico, located near a major interstate, is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator will have responsibility for Joint Commission readiness, understanding OBRA regulations for long term care, and comply with corporate policy and procedures. The Administrator will also manage supplies and equipment, promote teamwork with physicians and all healthcare providers and promote internal and external customer satisfaction and appropriate resource management.REQUIREMENTS for this role INCLUDE:
* Bachelor's Degree minimum; Master's Degree Preferred
* Must be a strong leader with at least 3 years' experience
* Should have turnaround experience.SALARY, BENEFITS and RELOCATION:
* $110,000 target salary, plus full full benefits.
