CDI DIRECTOR needed for HEALTH SYSTEM in NORTH CAROLINA
:

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement for our Multi-hospital health system in North Carolina. We operate a large, 400+ physician group, and the primary initiative for this role will be to implement the technology, processes and procedures to effectively manage rapid ambulatory and post acute growth. This newly created position will report to our Executive Director.

NOTE: The CDI Director will have 5 direct reports including 2 CDI Managers and 3 Physician Advisers for approximately 25+ FTEs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be licensed as an RN, NP or PA clinician.

SALARY and GREAT BENEFITS!
$100,000 (approximate starting salary) per year, but could go upwards of $140,000 per year based upon credentials / experience. We FULL RELOCATION with this position, as well as many other great benefits!
