EXPERIENCED HOSPITAL CONTROLLER needed for SMALL HOSPITAL in WEST TEXAS:
Our small Critical Access Hospital in West Texas is seeking a skilled Hospital Controller with 3+ years Hospital Controller experience. This role will oversee all aspects of our hospital financial and accounting functions. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

REQUIRED DEGREE & CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a strong plus

SALARY:
$50,000 to $65,000 per year with Excellent Benefit Package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor and manage all accounting functions, providing strategic financial solutions, outcomes, and reporting as they relate to budget, internal accounting controls, cost benefit analysis.
2. Manage the month end/year end close, prepare monthly financial statements and budget variances to management, manage revenue cycle and accounts receivable functions.
3. Be responsible for patient business services including third party reimbursement.
4. Oversee and be responsible for financial reporting, maintain financial statements, and ensure accounting policies and procedures are in compliance.
