EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / LONG TERM CARE needed in MASSACHUSETTS:
National organization with facilities in Massachusetts, is seeking an Executive Director for one of its long-term care facilities. The position will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of the facility, facility compliance with company policies as well as State and Federal rules and regulations, and providing the highest quality of care possible.

SALARY, BENEFITS & RELOCATION
$120,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, plus bonus. Full benefits and relocation assistance are offered.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, a clinical specialty or equivalent long term experience.
2. Must be licensed by the state or eligible for reciprocity
3. At least 5 years' experience as a licensed Executive Director in a long-term care facility or completion of an AIT program.
4. Knowledge of Long Term Care and Medicaid and Medicare regulations and standards.
5. Knowledge of cost reporting, profit and loss and budget compliance.
6. Ability to work with a large staff and diverse client base.
7. Flexibility with work hours
8. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
9. Skilled in directing and motivating the workforce.
10.Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
