DIRECTOR of EMPLOYEE and LABOR RELATIONS needed in HAWAII:Our multi-hospital organization in Hawaii is seeking a union experienced Director of Employee and Labor Relations, Workers' Compensation and Employee Health. The position requires someone with at least 5 years of solid leadership background in healthcare labor and employee relations within a LARGE hospital. He/She will be responsible for assisting in union negotiations, administering labor contracts, resolving grievances. The role will also provide leadership and oversight for the development and implementation of employee health services and workers' compensation programs. SALARY, BENEFITS and RELOCATION ASSISTANCE:$130,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Full benefits and relocation assistance are offered.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:1. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Management, Business or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.2. Juris Doctorate (JD) highly preferred.3. Requires 5 years' minimum management / leadership experience in labor and employee relations, preferably in healthcare in a large (300+ bed) acute care hospital.4. Must have union experience.5.
