HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT CODING MANAGER needed for COLORADO HOSPITAL:Our hospital in North Central Colorado is seeking a Health Information Coding Manager with 3+ years of hospital inpatient production coding experience and at least 1+ years of ProFee coding experience.REQUIRED DEGREE and CERTIFICATIONS:1. Associate or bachelor degree in health information technology or other allied health field2. High school diploma with courses in anatomy and medical terminology required3. Graduate of a coding certificate programRESPONSIBILITIES:1. Reporting to our HIM Director, this role will direct the activities of our Coding Specialists to ensure timely, accurate coding.2. Plan work, organize resources, motivate and monitor staff performance, and contribute to the overall budget planning and control for the Department.3. Read patient records.4.
