PHARMACY CLINICAL MANAGER needed for EAST TEXAS HOSPITAL:Our East Texas hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Clinical Manager to oversee our clinical pharmacy programs and initiatives. This position will involve working with our Pharmacists to oversee multiple projects including formulary management, protocol reviews and implementation, and policy and procedure development. It will also involve serving on interdisciplinary committees.SALARY and BENEFITS PACKAGE: $110,000 to $142,000 annual salary range, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits and relocation package with this position.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* Texas pharmacy license in good standing, or the ability to obtain a TX license prior to start date.* PharmD from an ACPE accredited institution (required).* PGY1 hospital residency training or 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience in acute care setting (required).* PGY2 hospital residency training or leadership/project management experience (strongly preferred).* BCPS certification and Meditech experience (preferred).ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:This role will also oversee clinical and process education within our Pharmacy Department and with other clinical disciplines, as well as aid our Director of Pharmacy and assume the duties of the Director when absent.
