CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT needed in LOUISIANA:

Our healthcare organization with several LTAC/REHAB hospitals is seeking a Corporate Director of Case Management to oversee the case management process for multiple units within hospitals based in Louisiana, Arkansas, East Texas and Georgia. Each facility / unit will have their own dedicated Case Manager who will work closely with the Corporate Director. Travel is approximately 50% for the first 6 months, and then will gradually lesson.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSN minimum. CCM certification preferred.

  • The candidate must reside or relocate to southwest Louisiana.

  • Must have experience managing case management activities in multiple LTAC or Rehab facilities.



COMPENSATION, BENEFITS and RELOCATION:

Up to $150,000 per year, based on experience, plus Bonus. Excellent benefits and relocation assistance are offered with this position.
