CHIEF QUALITY OFFICER needed in MONTANA:Our 100+ bed hospital, based in a semi-rural location near Clinton, Montana is seeking a Chief Quality Officer to be responsible for development and measurement of quality/performance improvement(PI) and patient safety. The CQO must be a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of hospital experience including significant clinical service line experience with Quality / Performance Improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities will include development and expansion of a comprehensive quality and PI program, directing and coordinating quality and PI initiatives, and participating in the development, education, monitoring, reporting and improvement of activities related to hospital guidelines. The position will report to our CEO with a dotted line to our Corporate CQO.
SALARY, ANNUAL BONUS and other BENEFITS:Salary is dependent on experience, plus bonus potential. Full benefits and relocation assistance will also be offered.
