MANAGER of BUDGET and FINANCIAL PLANNING needed in FLORIDA:Our Central Florida health system is in need of a Manager of Budget and Financial Planning to manage the development of financial, utilization, productivity and statistical reporting. Responsibilities include interaction with executives, physicians, department leaders and clinical staff to provide the data and analysis necessary for effective strategic decision-making. This role will also lead our budgeting team in the development of pro forma projections, budget, ACHA and AHA reporting, physician compensation models, benchmarking and other needs.
SALARY, BONUSES and BENEFITS:$69,000 to $89,000 depending on experience, plus bonus. Full benefits and relocation assistance are also offered.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's Degree required.* Minimum of 5 years' in hospital accounting / finance and/or decision support.* Must have prior management experience.* Proficient in computer software skills in areas of spreadsheets, database management and word processing.* Experience in Kaufman Hall / Enuff / Axiom.
