OPERATIONS MANAGER OF QUALITY & SAFETY needed in CENTRAL CALIFORNIA:We are seeking a tech savvy Operations Manager of Quality and Safety, with Acute Care leadership experience, for our hospital near Modesto. This role will assist our Quality and Safety Director in planning, organizing, and coordinating all integrated functions of our Quality Management Department.NOTE: Candidates must be able to meet all health requirements and pass background checks.SALARY, ANNUAL BONUS and other BENEFITS:$110,000 to $135,000, based on experience, plus annual bonus. Full benefits and relocation assistance are also offered.MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent education and experience.2. You MUST have 3 (or more) years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in an acute care hospital setting.Extensive experience in Infection Control and/or accreditations/licensure activities.3. Membership in a professional society that enhance quality, patient safety, risk management or technical or management advancement (ACHE).4. Knowledge of operational characteristics, services and activities of a quality management program.5. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision required with demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time.PREFERRED DEGREE / CERTIFICATIONS:1. RN preferred2.
